Her work spans public service, workforce development, organizational development, leadership training, program design, and community engagement, enabling individuals and teams to achieve measurable growth and sustainable success.

She holds a Master of Arts degree in Urban Education with a concentration in Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work. Her academic foundation, combined with decades of practical experience, has equipped her to lead initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, improve organizational effectiveness, and support personal and professional development across diverse populations.

She is the published author of Living a Holy Single Life, a resource that encourages readers to pursue purposeful living with integrity and intentionality. Through her writing, teaching, and speaking, she seeks to inspire others to live lives characterized by wisdom, character, and meaningful service.

Throughout her career, she has provided leadership in multidisciplinary training, leadership development, workforce development, organizational development, program development and implementation, strategic planning, succession planning, grant writing, procurement bid evaluation, support group facilitation, and individual and group development. Her experience includes designing and delivering educational programs, facilitating strategic discussions, building collaborative partnerships, and implementing initiatives that produce lasting organizational and community impact.

As an accomplished keynote speaker and facilitator, she has presented at city and community events, corporate functions, leadership seminars, professional workshops, conferences, retreats, panel discussions, ministry events, and public forums. Her engaging presentation style, practical insights, and ability to connect with diverse audiences have made her a trusted voice in leadership, education, and community development.

Her leadership extends beyond speaking and training. She has served as a Board Member for the Southeastern Training Opportunity Project (S.T.O.P., Inc.), Director of Operations for Integrity Publishing's The Community Explorer, and facilitator for Battered Women's Support Groups serving the Cities of Chesapeake and Portsmouth, Virginia.
