Founder and CEO
Juanita Bullock is a senior program consultant for 120 agencies, certified career coach, and personal development strategist. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Urban Education: Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University (NSU). She has over 25 years of experience in multi-disciplinary training, personal and group coaching, organizational development, workforce development, program development and implementation, support group facilitation, succession planning, grant writing, and also serves as a procurement bid reviewer. She is a keynote speaker for city and community events, corporate functions, seminars, workshops, conferences, panel discussions, retreats, ministries, and forums.
Professionally, she has held positions as a board member for the Southeastern Training Opportunity Project (S.T.O.P. Inc.), Director of Operations for Integrity Publishing for The Community Explorer, and facilitator for the City of Chesapeake and Portsmouth, Virginia, Battered Women’s Support Group, to name a few. She continuously avails herself to be used by God.
In the year 2021, I had a dream about teaching a group of individuals in what appeared to be a Zoom meeting. I didn't quite know what to think about the dream. Due to my high disdain for not wanting to set up virtual meetings in my professional life, I shook the dream off. I continued to have comparable dreams that were fueled with an unrelenting passion to empower and impact people through teaching and training in a virtual setting.
Shortly after I agreed to be in pursuit to work towards the vision in the dream, I was hired as a Senior Program Consultant. This job positioned me to provide guidance and schedule virtual meetings with agencies statewide. Oh, how funny and strategic God is as it pertains to my personal development. Impact for Next Level LLC is the product and culmination of this inspired vision.
The alignment of the dream manifested and the strong desire that I possess to live a life that is impactful, affords me an opportunity to provide a free virtual platform of engaging sessions. The services provided through this avenue are educational, uplifting and life changing. I look forward to playing an instrumental role in impacting participants for their next level, whether for spiritual or personal development.
